Dr. Victor Valdes
Executive Vice President & Clinical Innovations Officer

Dr. Victor Valdes serves as the Executive Vice President & Clinical Innovations Officer at SFPC. Dr. Valdes served as Medical Director of All-Med Services of Florida, Inc. from 2006 to 2012. Before joining All-Med Services of Florida, Dr. Valdes was Director of Respiratory Care, Cardiovascular Perfusionist, and Flight Physician for 23 years, and Clinical Professor of Medicine at American University of Antigua College of Medicine. He has had the good fortune to take part in many international telemedicine projects on an array of surgical and medical topics some of which have been featured on the Discovery® Health Channel. His dedication and leadership have been demonstrated in his service to patients and his development of students. He is a frequent guest lecturer and continues a keen interest in educating others. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of VIVA Healthcare Alliance. Dr. Valdes has authored scientific papers, which have been published in the Journal of Critical Care Medicine and numerous other professional journals.
He is a Fellow of the
International College of Physicians and Surgeons and holds memberships in the American College of Physician Executives, American Institute for Ultrasound in Medicine, American Telemedicine Association, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, South Florida Sonography Society and the American Association of Respiratory Care. He obtained postgraduate medical training at St. Francis Hospital, Yale University and Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. Since graduating from one of the first two-year Respiratory Care programs in 1969, Dr. Valdes obtained his B.S. from University of Illinois in 1972, to his graduation from Medical School in 1983 with his degree in Medicine. He serves as a guest lecturer at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine
